For the highlighted form type, the right side of the page displays a list of the formats defined for that form type, including the name of the file. For SSRS forms, a displays in the SSRS Standard Report column if the form is the SSRS standard for this form type.
To open a particular form definition in edit mode, click the hyperlink in the Format column. To add a new Echo form, highlight the form type you want to add and click the New Echo button. To add a new SSRS form, highlight the form type you want to add and click the New SSRS button.
